Acer Iconia A1: A Cheap Android Jelly Bean Tablet for $169 Only!

Acer will be releasing an incredibly affordable Jelly Bean android tablet that would compete with other popular brands like the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 and others. This new cheap Jelly Bean tablet is the Acer Iconia A1, that sports a 7.9-inch IPS display and is powered by a 1.2GHz quad core processor. Aside from the Quad Core goodness and the nice 7.9-inch IPS display, it will also have a 1GB of RAM and a 5 megapixel rear facing camera, capable of recording 1080p video at 30 frames per second. It will also have a front facing camera for video calls.

Android smartphones and tablets are really becoming cheap nowadays, specially that chipsets and mobile processors became cheap as well. Not to mention, the ever increasing competition from other manufacturers who are into the same business.
