COUGAR announces their full tower Evolution series chassis with dual-way fan control for the Philippines. The Full Tower Evolution Series is an enthusiast-level chassis for gamers that comes in Three distinct styles: The Evolution (Black), Evolution Galaxy (White), and Evolution BO (Black-Red). The top of all of these three COUGAR Evolution chassis has a dual-fan set interface. With this interface gamers and enthusiasts are able to control up to six fans inside the case in two different speed groups with a simple press of a button and twist of the control knob. This feature allows users to tweak up ventilation around the most stressed components, such as the VGA card, while having the other fans blowing at normal speeds, effectively maximizing cooling according to the individual needs.
Also conveniently located on the top of the case is a hidden hot-swap docking station for 3.5” and 2.5” hard drives. This docking station is covered by a lid which provides protection against dust and even light spills when not in use.
The tool-less design of the COUGAR Evolution series makes upgrades and installations completely hassle-free. The six 5.25” bays and four 3.5” bays allow for hard drives to be easily secured into place. The special COUGAR design also enables 2.5” hard drives to be installed in the 3.5” bays.
The Evolution series chassis feature a minimalistic honeycomb design on the front and top panel. This blend of plastic and mesh in a hexagonal, hive-like look is not purely aesthetic, as it facilitates effective and efficient cooling.
With the Evolution and Evolution Galaxy models gamers and enthusiasts can show off their precious hardware thanks to the windowed side panel. Being able to see the inside of the case is especially important since this COUGAR chassis series can hold large graphics cards (up to 305mm). The Evolution BO model has a metal mesh side panel, instead of a transparent window for added cooling capabilities.
For easy access connectivity the Evolution has two USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 ports as well as HD-audio connectivity with one microphone and one headset/speaker connector on the top of the case, next to the dual-way fan control interface.
