The Power of Small – Intel 3rd Generation Processors

But in case you missed it, these 3rd generation 22nm processors features Intel Turbo Boost Technology 2.0, AES New Instructions (AES-NI), Intel HD Graphics with DirectX 11 4000 for the i7 and 2500/4000 for the i5, Intel Hyper-Threading Technology, Intel Smart Cache, Intel Virtualization technology, and Performance Tuning are enabled.

3rd Generation Intel Core i5 Processors
Next we have 3rd Generation Intel Core i5 processors. Again like what I said earlier, the one with the “K” or Core i5-3570K is better compared to the Core i5-3550. Still, it depends on your use and preference. Generally, all of these processors are fast and efficient. But if you want more juice for heavy gaming and heavy multitasking, I recommend you buy Intel Core i5-3570K, or i7-3770K if you have the budget. One more thing, the Core i5 series does not have Hyper Threading support, only the Core i7 series has it.
