New iMac Packed with Next-Gen Quad Core, Thunderbolt and FaceTime HD

Apple has improved its all-in-one iMac and is now powered with the latest next generation quad-core Intel i5 and i7 processors paired with AMD Radeon 6000 series graphics processors, the high-speed Thunderbolt I/O technology and a new FaceTime HD camera.

These new iMacs are said to be 70x (times) faster in terms of processing power and 3x (times) in terms of graphics processing compared to the previous iMacs. The new iMac starts at $1,199 or ₱ 60,990 at the Apple Online Store Philippines. There are two sizes of iMacs you can choose from, a 21.5-inch iMac and a 27-inch iMac.
