Sony Mobile Philippines has just revealed the price and release dates of the most anticipated new Sony smartphones – Sony Xperia S, Sony Xperia U and Sony Experia P. These three new Sony Xperia smartphones are expected to be available by mid-May according to Sony Mobile PH’s FB Fanpage. Let’s take a look at the three new Sony Xperia smartphone’s specifications and features.

The Sony Xperia S features a 1.5GHz dual core processor with Adreno 220 as its GPU. It runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread and most probably upgradable to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. It has a huge 4.3-inch display and a huge camera sensor of 12 megapixel at 4000×3000 pixel resolution. Even though Sony’s flagship is not powered by a quad core processor unlike the HTC One X or the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S III, it compensates with the 12 megapixel rear camera featuring Exmor R sensor technology.
