ROG Asus MARS II features core clock of 816MHz, memory clock of 1002MHz of which data rate is 4008MHz. This has 1632MHz of shader frequency, 3GB of GDDR5 memory and CUDA cores of 1024. This ROG graphics card also features a 19-phase VRM with Super Alloy Chokes.

Asus MARS II’s specs is somewhat similar to Asus Matrix GTX 580. But with added features and more power. Asus MARS II is basically an improve or version of Asus Matrix GTX 580.

This graphics card is quite monstrous indeed and quite BIG. It consumes three PCI expansion slots. Back panel reveals an HDMI port, Display Port and dual-DVI connectors with tri-display output support.

With regards to ROG Asus MARS II price, there is no fixed price yet. However the price for MARS II is reported to be as high as €1,000 or $1,714 each card. Availability is also limited, Asus MARS II will only have a quantity of 1000 units.
