Naruto 619 Review and Discussion
Orochimaru has successfully summoned the four previous Hokage, starting with Hashirama, Tobirama, Hiruzen and Minato. Basically, Orochimaru summoned them to help Sasuke clear things out and hopefully he could get some answers to his long unanswered questions.
First of all, I didn’t knew that Hashirama had a happy-go-lucky and somewhat funny personality. I thought that he was strict and serious, similar to Madara. He and Tobirama have opposite personality.
Anyway, Sasuke first asked the Third about his brother, Itachi. The Third Hokage then confirms the information plus added more information about Itachi. Sasuke looks like he was pleased with Hiruzen’s answer.
Next, Sasuke asked the Second Hokage, Tobirama. Tobirama explained why he referred the Uchiha as a clan possessed by evil. Well the Uchihas wasn’t literally possessed by evil. But because of their hunger for power and the intention to become stronger than other clan, they used their hatred, instead of love, to fuel their power reaching to a different level.
Tobirama further explains that the Sharigan is actually a product of hatred. The more hatred an Uchiha has the stronger it gets. Meaning, if an Uchiha was able to reach Mangekyou Sharingan, his hatred must have been very very deep. Looks like Madara’s hatred rooted from his deceased brother.
Sasuke seemed to be displeased at what Tobirama was saying. He then shows his Mangekyou Sharingan as if he was about to attack the Hokage. He next questioned the First about the Village. Sasuke asked him what is the village actually? What are Shinobi in the first place?
I think depending on Hashirama’s answer it could affect how Sasuke think about the village. Depending on the First’s answer, Sasuke might help the Shinobi fight Madara or he might not. Sasuke always say that he “doesn’t care anymore”. But I think, deep within him, he still cares.
What will be Hashirama’s answer to Sasuke? What do you think guys? Let’s find out in the next Naruto manga chapter 620.
