The new GeForce GTX 650 is built with 384 CUDA cores, 16 ROPs, 128-bit memory interface, and a faster 1 GDDR5 memory. It will draw its power from a 6-pin PCIe power connector at around 65W, similar to GeForce GT 640. It is also reported that it will have a clock speed similar to GT 640, probably around 900MHz but the GDDR5 memory will be clocked at 5GHz. It will also feature a black PCB giving it a more bolder look.

Based on the initial specifications of the GTX 650, it looks like this is just an upgraded version of the GT 640. The GeForce GTX 650 is expected to be priced below $200 and will probably be released this September 17.
