A few days ago, Starmobile has officially announced its latest flagship Android Tablet, the Starmobile Engage 9i. It is powered by the new dual core Intel Atom Z2580 processor with Hyper Threading technology and sports a nice 8.9-inch IPS display. Check out the rest of its features and specifications below.

The Starmobile Engage 9i is designed to meet your mobile multimedia needs. It is powered by an Intel Z2580 dual core processor clocked at 2GHz, paired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. It has a nice full HD 8.9-inch display at 1920×1200 resolution (245ppi) with IPS technology. Its graphics is powered by PowerVR SGX544MP2 clocked at 533MHz, and it runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean out of the box.
If the 16GB internal storage is still not enough for you, it has a microSD card slot that supports up to 32GB capacity. The Starmobile Engage 9i has a 5 megapixel rear facing camera with autofocus (unfortunately no LED flash), and is paired with a 2 megapixel front facing fixed focus camera. For network and connectivity options, it features WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, GPS with A-GPS support, and a microUSB port with USB-OTG support.
Since this is geared towards people who loves to watch, browse, play and listen to music while on the go, it is powered by a Li-Ion 6,400 mAh (non removable) battery capable of up to 8 hours of video playback and 10 hours on internet surfing. It’s only 8.6mm thin and weighs 441.7 grams.

The Starmobile Engage 9i, should be, by now available in Starmobile Kiosks nationwide. It has a suggested retail price of only Php 9,990. When you purchase an Engage 9i, the box includes the unit itself, a quick start guide, a 5-pin microUSB cable, an AC charger and a warranty card.
